2. What we offer

Our work is inquiry-based financial planning consultation and planning support for the cash-flow and financial management of small businesses. The shape of an engagement is set out on the engagement page.

We do not provide bookkeeping, statutory audit, tax return filing, investment management, insurance, lending, or any other licensed or regulated financial activity. Where your question falls outside planning support, we will say so and direct you to an appropriate professional.

3. Prices, packages and credentials

Prices, packages, credentials, regulated activities and commercial terms are not published on this site as confirmed business facts. The commercial terms of any paid engagement are settled with you in writing ahead of the start date. The scoping conversation that comes before an engagement is free.

4. Inquiries

Sending an inquiry through the form or by email does not create a contract. It opens a conversation. Most inquiries are answered inside two business days. If we do not respond within that window, you may treat the inquiry as declined.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate. You remain responsible for the decisions you make in your business. A planning engagement produces a reading and a written plan; it does not remove your responsibility for the trading, tax, and cash decisions of the business.

6. Our responsibilities

We handle your inquiry details as described in the privacy notice. We carry out planning work with reasonable care and skill. Outcomes that turn on markets, customers, regulators, or your own trading decisions are not something we can warrant.

7. Refunds

Where a paid planning engagement has begun, refund conditions apply. See the refund page for the conditions, timeframes and process.

8. Intellectual property

The written plan produced for you in a paid engagement is yours to use inside your business. The underlying methods, templates, and this website remain ours.

9. Changes to terms

If these terms change, the current version is posted on this page. Terms for any engagement already under way remain those settled in writing with you when it began.
