Refund policy

This refund policy applies to paid planning engagements offered by Stratus Schema Business Finance Co., Ltd. (사업자등록번호 416-86-65935, 통신판매업신고번호 제2024-대구달서-8621호, 대표이사 윤준서). The scoping conversation that precedes an engagement carries no charge, so this policy only applies once a paid engagement has been agreed in writing.

1. Eligibility

A paid planning engagement is eligible for a refund where:

• the engagement has not yet started, or
• the written plan has not yet been delivered, or
• the work delivered is materially different from what was agreed in writing at scoping.

Refunds are considered on the merits of each engagement. We do not refuse a reasonable request where the work has not been delivered.

2. Timeframe

The refund timeframes below are proposed, pending business confirmation, and reflect standard market-consistent durations for planning services. They will be confirmed with you in writing before any paid engagement begins.

• Before work starts: a full refund is available on request made before the engagement start date agreed in writing.
• After work starts, before delivery: a partial refund is available, reduced by the proportion of work already completed.
• After delivery of the written plan: refunds are considered only where the delivered work is materially different from what was agreed at scoping, and are requested within 14 days of delivery.

3. Full and partial conditions

• A full refund is given where no work has started.
• A partial refund reflects work already completed and is calculated on a transparent basis shared with you in the engagement agreement.
• Where the delivered work is materially different from the agreed scope, a full or partial refund is assessed case by case.

4. Non-refundable items

The scoping conversation is free and has nothing to refund. Where you have incurred third-party costs at your own direction (for example, engaging a separate accountant during the engagement), those costs are not refundable by us.

5. Process

To request a refund, write to info@stratusschema.digital or call +82-53-631-4829. Please include the engagement reference, the date work began, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. The time the funds take to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

7. Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the engagement. No refund is paid to a different account or person.

8. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits and no-shows

• You may cancel an agreed engagement before its start date for a full refund.
• Rescheduling of a planning conversation is free with at least 2 business days’ notice.
• Where a deposit is taken (only when agreed in writing), it is refundable under the same conditions as the engagement, less any work already completed.
• If you do not attend a scheduled planning conversation without notice, the engagement continues and the conversation is rescheduled once at no charge; a second no-show is treated as a cancellation by you with a partial refund under section 3.

9. Work already started

Where work has already started, the refund reflects the proportion of the engagement completed up to the point we receive your request. We will share the basis for that calculation with you.

10. Exceptions

Exceptions to the timeframes above apply only where they are agreed with you in writing as part of the engagement, and only where permitted under the consumer protection rules of the Republic of Korea.
