This privacy notice is written to the standard structure expected under the Republic of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법, PIPA). It applies to the personal information you send us through this website.

1. Business handling your information

2. Items of personal information collected

We only collect what you choose to send through the inquiry form on this site:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• your business name, if you choose to provide it;
• the free-text message you write; and
• the fact that you have accepted this privacy notice for the inquiry.

We do not collect analytics data. No analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking of any kind runs on this site. We do not use cookies for tracking. The only item stored in your browser is your consent choice (see section 7).

3. Purposes of collection and use

Your inquiry details are used only to read your question, reply to you, and hold the scoping conversation described on the engagement page. If we later begin a paid planning engagement with you, the information needed for that work is handled under a separate agreement made with you in writing beforehand.

We will not use your personal information for any purpose you have not been told about here.

4. Retention and use periods

We keep inquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and to confirm that a response was sent. Unless you become a client under a separate written agreement, inquiry details are deleted no later than 12 months after your last message. If you ask us to delete your inquiry earlier, we do so without delay.

5. Data-subject rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@stratusschema.digital or call +82-53-631-4829. We will confirm the action in writing.

6. How inquiries are transmitted and handled

The inquiry form on this site sends your details as a JSON POST request to a form handler on the same domain (/api/inquiry). Your information is not sent to any third-party service, advertising network, or analytics provider. There is no third-party processing of inquiry data.

7. Consent choice stored in your browser

When you see the cookie banner, your Accept or Reject choice is stored in your own browser under the key stratusschema_consent_v1. This is a locally stored preference, not a cookie sent to a server. If your browser cannot store the preference, the banner simply remains visible. You can change or withdraw the choice at any time by clearing site storage for this domain.
